摘 要:思山岭铁矿副井工程设计净直径10 m,深度1 503.9 m,属大断面超深竖井。为提升该竖井施工机械化程度与施工效率,使施工装备配套更为合理,通过计算确定了提升系统布置方案,并对其他施工设备进行了合理选型,建立了大断面超深竖井井筒机械化施工装备配套体系,极大地提高了施工机械化程度与施工效率,为今后更深竖井的机械化施工装备配套提供借鉴。The engineering design of an auxiliary shaft in Sishanling Iron Mine would have a net diameter of 10 m and a depth of 1503.9 m and would be a large cross section and ultra deep shaft.In order oimprove the construction mechanized level and construction efficiency of the shaft and to make the more rational to the construction equipment and matching,the layout scheme of the hoisting system was set up with the calculation and an rational selection was conducted on the other construction equipment.The mechanized construction equipment of the large cross section and ultra deep shaft was established and highly improve the construction mechanized level and construction efficiency,then could provide the references to the mechanized construction equipment of the future more deep shaft.
