摘 要:为适应当今节能环保的整体环境,对传统的火电机组通流改造已经势在必行。本文对600 MW亚临界汽轮机通流改造技术进行研究。首先我们分析了通流改造技术的原则和目标,基于此,设计出汽轮机高压缸,中压缸,低压缸以及高调门的通流改造方案。为确保该项工作的可行性,我们对通流改造进行了试验验证。结果表明,改造后的汽轮机在各负荷下热耗率均有明显下降。同时,高压缸效率,中压缸效率和低压缸效率在通流改造后都有了明显提高。本文充分证实了通流改造的可行性和有效性。In order to adapt to today s overall environment of energy conservation and environmental protection,it is imperative to reform the flow passage of traditional thermal power units.In this paper,the flow passage modification technology of 600 MW subcritical steam turbine is studied.First of all,we analyzed the principles and objectives of the flow passage transformation technology,and based on this,we designed the flow passage transformation scheme for the steam turbine HP cylinder,IP cylinder,LP cylinder and HP regulating valve.In order to ensure the feasibility of this work,we have carried out experimental verification on the flow passage transformation.The results show that the heat consumption rate of the modified steam turbine has obviously decreased under all loads.At the same time,the efficiency of high pressure cylinder,intermediate pressure cylinder and low pressure cylinder have been significantly improved after the flow passage reform.The feasibility and effectiveness of the flow path modification are fully confirmed in this paper.
