摘  要:本文介绍了三塔式RTO处理VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds)技术,创新的设计了电加热式三塔RTO代替燃气加热式三塔RTO,文中说明了电加热式三塔RTO电加热元件的选型、布置工艺设计,该技术成功应用于某污水处理厂RTO炉设计。该污水处理厂电加热式三塔RTO装置建成之后,经过试运行期间的调试,实现了电加热式三塔RTO装置的连续稳定运行。取样结果显示,烟气中非甲烷总烃最大为60 mg/Nm^(3),满足≤80 mg/Nm^(3)的排放要求。工程经验显示,采用电加热式RTO,单台套三塔RTO可减少二氧化碳排放量4855 kg/年。电加热式三塔RTO技术成功应用于工程实践中,为VOCs治理行业的节能减排贡献了更优的技术方案和应用经验。该创新的绿色技术应用,减少了二氧化碳排放,为国家“双碳”战略做出了贡献。This paper introduces the technology of three tower RTO to deal with VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds),and innovatively designs electric heating three tower RTO instead of gas heating three tower RTO.The selection and layout of three-tower RTO electric heating elements are described in this paper,and the technology has been successfully applied to the design of RTO furnace in a sewage treatment plant.After the completion of the electric heating three-tower RTO device in the sewage treatment plant,the continuous and stable operation of the device was realized through commissioning during the trial operation.The sampling results show that the maximum non methane hydrocarbon in the flue gas is 60 mg/Nm^(3),which meets the emission requirements of≤80 mg/Nm^(3).Engineering experience shows that using electric heated RTO,a single set of RTO can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 4855 kg/year.The successful application of electric heating three-tower RTO technology in engineering practice has contributed better technical solutions and application experience for energy conservation and emission reduction of VOCs governance industry.At the same time,the application of innovative green technology reduces carbon dioxide emissions and contributes to the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy.
