摘 要:风化花岗岩型长石矿是一种应用前景广阔的新兴矿产。通过对河南省鲁山县及其周边的方城县、南召县风化花岗岩型长石矿的调研,总结了鲁山县一带风化花岗岩型长石矿矿化特征及成矿规律,确认此类矿石产于燕山期二长花岗岩体风化层中,为风化残余型矿床。物相分析结果显示,鲁山风化花岗岩主要成分为钾长石和钠长石,占比达80%,其次为石英,可作为生产长石精矿的原矿。对长石分选工艺进行了研究,设计的工艺流程为:原矿→水洗→破碎→筛分→磁选→磨矿分级→磁选→脱泥→磁选→浮选→烘干→磁选→分级包装,采用此工艺生产出的长石精矿产品满足工业化应用指标要求。长石精矿粉可以广泛应用于玻璃、陶瓷、涂料等领域,其尾矿可用于生产建筑砂石骨料和机制免烧砖。在综合开发利用长石的同时,须对矿山进行生态修复,以减少地质灾害的发生。The weathered granite-based feldspar ore is a new mineral resource with promising applications.The investigation was carried out on the weathered granite-based feldspar mines in Lushan county,nearby Fangcheng county and Nanzhao county.The mineralogical characteristics and ore formation of weathered granite-based feldspar in Lushan county,Henan were summarized,and it was confirmed that this kind of ores occurred in the weathering layer of monzonitic granite in Yanshanian,which was defined as the weathered residual deposit.XRD analysis indicated that Lushan weathered granite was mainly composed of potash feldspar and soda feldspar,accounting for 80%,followed by quartz,it is proposed to be used as the ore feed for producing feldspar concentrate.At the same time,the studies included the design of feldspar separation process:run-of mine ore-washing-crushing-screening-magnetic separation-grinding and classification-magnetic separation-de-sliming-magnetic separation-flotation-drying-magne-tic separation-classification&packaging.The concentrate products resulted from the process conformed to the specifications for industrial purpose.The feldspar concentrate has been widely used in glass,ceramics,coatings and other fields,and the tailings can be applied in the production of building aggregates and machine-made unburned brick.In the course of comprehensive development and utilization of the feldspar mineral resource,the ecological restoration in mines should be carried out to minimize the likelihood of geological disasters.
