摘  要:建设用地是城市经济社会发展的物质基础,对建设用地供应特征的分析可以为城市土地政策提供依据,有利于城市土地优化配置和集约利用.采用中国土地市场网2011—2020年的供地数据,运用集中化指数、区位熵和热点分析方法,基于县域尺度对东北地区建设用地供应规模的时空变化特征进行分析.研究表明:①2011—2020年东北地区建设用地供应主要集中于交通仓储业、工矿业和房地产业用地,10a间除仓储用地和水工建筑用地外,其余地类供应规模均呈现波动下降趋势,房地产业供地规模和占比减少的最快,公共管理与服务供地比重不断上升;②各类用地供应集中化水平均较高,采矿、水工、仓储及特殊用地受资源条件、区位及特殊要求等影响其用地供应区域空间差异明显,表现为强集中性;工业和交通运输用地供应多集中于资源型城市和国际通道、区内联系通道和海陆通道地区,区域差异相对较小,区位意义较突出;公共管理与服务业用地供应随时间集中程度减弱,城乡间的差异相对较小,反映了公共管理与服务业的均衡化发展;居住、商服用地供应集中化程度指数随时间有所增长,表现出明显的在市辖区集中,人口的流出、流入地区的分化和消费能力的空间差异对其有较重要影响.③各类产业用地供应热点区主要集中于东北地区南部和中部地带,北部多为冷点区,产业、人口和土地供应存在较大的关联关系,集聚因素带来的产业集群、人口集聚的规模效应影响用地供应的空间关联效应.Construction land is the material basis of urban economic and social development.The analysis of construction land supply characteristics can provide the basis for urban land policy,and is conducive to the optimal allocation and intensive utilization of urban land.Based on the announcement of land supply results from 2011 to 2020 on China Land Market Website,this paper analyzes the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of construction land supply in northeast China by using the methods of centralization index,location entropy and hotspot analysis.The study found:①From the perspective of land supply scale and structure,the construction land supply in Northeast China from 2011 to 2020 was concentrated in transportation warehousing,industrial and mining land and real estate land.Except for storage land and hydraulic construction land,the supply scale of other land categories showed a trend of fluctuation and decline during the decade,the scale and proportion of land supply for real estate industry decreased the fastest,while the proportion of land supply for public administration and service increased continuously;②All types of land supply concentration level is high,mining,hydraulic,storage and special land affected by resource conditions,location and special requirements of land supply regional spatial differences are obvious,showing strong concentration.Industrial and transportation land supply is mainly concentrated in resource-based cities in the areas of international passage,regional connection passage and sea and land passage.The regional differences are relatively small,and the location significance is prominent.The degree of concentration of land supply for public administration and service industry decreases with time,and the difference between urban and rural areas is relatively small,which reflects the balanced development of public administration and service industry.The degree of concentration index of land supply for residential and business services increased with time,which showed that
