摘  要:采用水热法合成了3种含不同比例铁离子的磁性SBA-15/MIL-100(Fe)复合材料,利用XRD、紫外可见漫反射、傅立叶红外谱图等手段对样品进行了表征,结果表明成功制备了复合材料。用复合材料对刚果红溶液进行吸附,计算了吸附率及吸附量。实验结果表明,3种样品对刚果红溶液都有一定的吸附效果,吸附效果最佳的是含铁离子5%的磁性SBA-15/MIL-100(Fe),其最大吸附率为91.8%,最大吸附量为59.93mg·g^(-1)。探究了刚果红溶液浓度、体积、样品用量等因素与吸附率的关系,结果表明,溶液浓度越低,溶液体积越小,加入吸附剂的量越大,吸附率越高。Three kinds of magnetic SBA-15/MIL-100(Fe) composites containing different proportions of iron ions were synthesized by hydrothermal method, and the samples were characterized by XRD, UV-vis diffuse reflection and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the composites were successfully prepared. The Congo red solution was adsorbed, and the adsorption rate and amount were calculated. The experimental results showed that all three samples had certain adsorption effects on Congo red solution, and the best one was magnetic SBA-15/MIL-100(Fe) containing 5% iron ions, with the maximum adsorption rate of 91.8% and the maximum adsorption capacity of 59.93 mg/g^(-1). By investigating the relationship between the concentration,volume and sample dosage of Congo red solution and the adsorption rate, it was known that the lower the concentration of solution,the smaller the volume of solution, the larger the amount of adsorbent added and the higher the adsorption rate.
