摘 要:先以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为造孔剂,采用水热法合成了Ni-MOFs(Ni-BTC),再以其为前驱体,制备了多孔Ni(OH)_(2)。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和N2吸附-脱附曲线(BET)等手段,对多孔Ni(OH)_(2)进行了表征,采用静态实验法,研究了其脱除模拟油中的硫化物的性能以及影响因素。结果表明,40℃下,该多孔Ni(OH)_(2)对模拟油的脱硫率为93.50%,较未加造孔剂CTAB所得的Ni(OH)_(2)提高了17%。该多孔Ni(OH)_(2)脱硫剂制备简便,性能良好,为原油的物理法脱硫提供了一种新思路。As the pore forming agent,Ni-MOFs (Ni-BTC) were synthesized by hydrothermal method with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB),and then porous Ni(OH)_(2)was prepared with Ni-BTC as precursor.Porous Ni(OH)_(2)was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and N2adsorption desorption curve(BET).The influence factors and performance of its desulfurization in simulated oil were studied by static experimental method.The results showed that at 40℃,the desulfurization rate of the porous Ni(OH)_(2)for simulated oil was 93.50%,which was 17% higher than that of Ni(OH)_(2)without pore forming agent CTAB.The porous Ni(OH)_(2)desulfurizer had simple preparation and good performance,which provided a new idea for physical desulfurization of crude oil.
