失色与重绘:大学学术评价市场化的逻辑审思与理性复归

摘　　要：自20世纪中期以来,资本市场深度介入高等教育的发展和运行,由此促进了大学与产业之间的协同,改变了学术研究的评价机制。适当引入市场法则有利于根据社会需求调节科研重心、刺激成果产出和加强应用转化。但放任市场机制肆意蔓延却会破坏学术的底层逻辑,甚至侵蚀大学的理性根基。在量化制度与功利主义的表里应和下,知识工具人与学术名利场现象频频出现,跟随式研究与快餐式发表大行其道,学者主体身份异化,大学理性精神失色。遵循本体论、认识论、方法论的哲学思维,大学的学术评价应守护理性根基,澄明价值旨归,祛魅符号暴力,重绘大学精神。Since the middle of the 20th century,the capital market has been deeply involved in the development and operation of higher education,which has promoted the collaboration between universities and industry,and changed the evaluation mechanism of academic research.The appropriate introduction of market laws is conducive to adjusting the focus of scientific research according to social needs,stimulating the output of achievements,and strengthening application transformation.However,allowing the market mechanism to spread freely may destroy the underlying logic of academia and even erode the rational foundation of universities.Under the interaction of quantitative system and utilitarianism,the phenomenon of knowledge tool man and academic vanity fair frequently have emerged,and follow-through research and fast publication have become popular.However,the subject identity of scholars is alienated,and the rational spirit of universities is eclipsed.Following the philosophical thinking of ontology,epistemology,and methodology,the academic evaluation of universities should protect the rational foundation of universities,clarify the purpose of value,remove the charm of symbolic violence,and redraw the spirit of universities.
