摘  要:探讨了利用无针静电纺丝技术制备聚醚砜(PES)微纳米纤维防水透湿材料的方法。PES在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶剂中溶解1~2 h后黏度即增大,并出现结块现象,难以用于产业化静电纺丝。经过优选,以N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)为溶剂,当PES质量分数为20%时,纺丝溶液的黏度为0.153 Pa·s,可在9 h内获得良好的的流动性和可纺性。基于此纺丝液配方,制备给液速度分别为0.3、0.9、1.5和2.1 m/min的PES微纳米纤维防水透湿材料,并对其表观形态、孔径、透气性、接触角、透湿性和拉伸性能进行测试,发现所得纤维材料的平均直径为242~345 nm,孔径为9.109 1~9.511 5μm,透气率为59.73~219.95 mm/s,接触角大于140°,透湿率为5 749~7 033 g/(m^(2)·d),断裂强力为21.0~31.0 N,具有较好的疏水性和透湿性。研究可为无针静电纺产业化制备PES微纳米纤维防水透湿材料提供指导和借鉴。The method of preparation of polyether sulfone(PES) micro-nano fiber waterproof and moisture permeable materials by needle-free electrostatic spinning was studied. PES was difficult to be used in industrial electrostatic spinning because its viscosity became higher after it was dissolved in N, N-dimethylformamide(DMF) solvent for about 1-2 h, and the phenomenon of caking occurred. After optimization, N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP) was selected as the solvent. When PES mass fraction was 20%, the viscosity of spinning solution was 0.153 Pa·s, which could obtain good fluidity and spinnability within 9 h. Based on the formula of the spinning liquid, PES micro-nano fiber waterproof and moisture permeable materials with feeding speeds of 0.3, 0.9, 1.5 and 2.1 m/min were prepared, and their apparent morphology, pore size, air permeability, contact angle, moisture permeability and tensile properties were tested. It was found that the average diameter of the material was 242-345 nm, the pore diameter was 9.109 1-9.511 5 μm, the air permeability was 59.73-219.95 mm/s, the contact angle was more than 140°, the moisture permeability could reach 5 749-7 033 g/(m^(2)·d), and the breaking strength was 21.0-31.0 N. Thus, the materials had good hydrophobicity and moisture permeability. The research could provide guidance and reference for the industrial preparation of PES micro-nano fiber waterproof and moisture permeable materials by needle-free electrostatic spinning technology.
