摘 要:研究以粉煤灰渣为原料,以高锰酸钾、氯化锰、氢氧化钠为改性剂,通过化学改性反应制备含锰的高效吸附剂Mn-FA,运用红外光谱、热重分析、等温吸附实验等手段,对吸附剂的物理性质进行表征,分别探究了其对不同大气污染颗粒物(PM_(10)、PM_(2.5)、TSP)的吸附性能。结果表明,Mn-FA高效吸附剂对公路施工现场扬尘及PM2.5颗粒物有显著吸附作用。改性前的粉煤灰和锰改性后的Mn-FA吸附剂,比表面积较粉煤灰增大,为123.45 m^(2)/g,孔容为0.865 cm^(3)/g。吸附剂对大气颗粒物的吸附能的大小排序为PM_(2.5)>PM_(10)>TSP,分别为95%、90%、80%,能够大量吸附大气和灰尘中的颗粒物,针对与粒径较小的PM_(2.5),吸附能力最大。经过改性的FA吸附能力显著增加,效率增加了50%,充分验证了,以锰为核心材料制备的高效吸附剂,在处理施工过程中产生的扬尘和大气污染物方面具有较好的效果,对于施工扬尘的治理具有参考价值。We are using fly ash slag as raw material and potassium permanganate, manganese chloride and sodium hydroxide as modifiers to prepare manganese containing high-efficient adsorbent Mn-FA through chemical modification reaction. The physical properties of the adsorbent are characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy, including thermo gravimetric analysis, isothermal adsorption experiment and other means. The adsorption properties of different atmospheric pollution particles(PM_(10), PM_(2.5), TSP) are explored respectively. The results show that Mn-FA high-efficient adsorbent has a significant adsorption effect on dust and PM_(2.5) particles at the road construction site. The specific surface area of the modified fly ash and Mn-FA adsorbent after manganese modification is 123.45 m^(2)/g. The pore volume is 0.865 cm^(3)/g. The order of the adsorption energy of the adsorbent to atmospheric particles is PM_(2.5)>PM_(10)>TSP, which is 95%, 90% and 80% respectively. It can absorb a large amount of particles in the atmosphere and dust. For PM_(2.5) with smaller particle size, the adsorption capacity is the largest. The adsorption capacity of modified FA has been significantly increased, and the efficiency has been increased by 50%. It has been fully verified that the high-efficiency adsorbent prepared with manganese as the core material has good effect in treating dust and air pollutants generated during construction. It has reference value for the treatment of construction dust.
