摘　　要：植物保护体系是重要的农业防灾减灾体系,对防控农作物病虫害、保障国家粮食安全作用重大.本文以传统农业大省安徽为研究样本,利用查阅档案、走访调研等方式,从机构设置、人员结构、条件保障等方面分析探讨了全省植保体系建设现状及存在问题,并就新形势下推进病虫害防治能力提升、健全植物保护体系提出了相应的参考建议和对策措施.As one of most important agricultural disaster prevention and reduction system,plant protection system plays an key role in preventing and controlling crop diseases and insect pests,which ensures national food security.Taking Anhui,a large traditional agricultural province as a research sample,this paper analyzes and discusses the current situation and existing problems of the provincial plant protection system,including the aspects of institutional setting,personnel structure,and condition guarantee by consulting files,looking up archives and studying on site.We also put forward corresponding reference suggestions and countermeasures to promote the improvement of pest control ability and improve the plant protection system under the new situation.
