摘　　要：中国经济高质量发展过程中,合理控制收入差距,减少并最终消灭贫困,迈向共同富裕,是实现中国式现代化的重要战略目标。本文研究经济增长对收入差距和农村居民收入水平的影响,运用“分位数-分位数”回归方法,探讨经济增长处于何种状态才能够促进经济稳定发展,同时收入差距不被过度拉大。研究发现:经济增长可能会拉大群体收入差距、城乡收入差距及行业收入差距,而对区域收入差距的扩大作用较小;相比经济出现萧条或过度繁荣,处于潜在水平的经济增长可以最大限度降低收入差距扩大;经济增长能够提高农村中低收入群体收入水平,减少贫困并扩大中等收入群体,推动共同富裕。经济增长虽在一定程度上扩大了收入差距,但在减少贫困方面取得了显著成效,为实现共同富裕作出了重要贡献。最后,文章建议实施跨周期与逆周期政策相结合,在确保经济稳定增长、平衡经济增长与收入差距之间关系的基础上促进共同富裕。In the process of high-quality development of China’s economy, it is an important strategic goal to reasonably control the income gap, reduce and eventually eliminate poverty, and move towards common prosperity to achieve Chinese modernization. This paper investigates the impact of economic growth on income gap and the income level of rural residents, and uses the "quantile-quantile" regression method to explore the state of economic growth that can promote stable economic development without excessively widening the income gap. The study finds that: economic growth may widen group income gap, urban-rural income gap and industry income gap, while it has less effect on the widening of regional income gap. Economic growth at potential level can minimize the widening of income gap compared with economic depression or excessive prosperity. Economic growth can raise the income level of rural middle and low income groups, reduce poverty and expand middle income groups, and promote common prosperity. Although economic growth has widened the income gap to some extent, it has achieved significant results in reducing poverty and has made an important contribution to achieving common prosperity. Finally,the article suggests implementing a combination of cross-cycle and counter-cycle policies to promote common prosperity on the basis of ensuring stable economic growth and balancing the relationship between economic growth and income gap.
