摘 要:经油田现场实践发现三相混输流体的凝固温度通常稍低于原油凝点,为明确三相混输条件下管网的真实流动情况,以节省集输系统能耗并保障集输过程安全。选取三相混输条件下影响流动凝点的4个因素,包括原油凝点、气油比、含水率和原油流速,在已有流动凝点模型的基础上,提出新的原油流动凝点关系式。基于玛湖油田现场生产数据,确定了单井的原油流动凝点计算公式。探究了各影响因素与流动凝点之间的量化关系和关联度,发现4个影响因素对流动凝点的排序为:原油凝点>含水率>原油流速>气油比,为进一步在三相混输集输管网开展不加热集输工艺提供理论支撑。Through field practice,it is found that the solidification temperature of three-phase mixed transportation fluid is usually slightly lower than the crude oil freezing point.In order to study the real flow conditions of the pipeline network under the three-phase mixed transmission conditions,the goal of saving energy consumption of the gathering system and ensuring the safety of the gathering process is achieved.In this paper,the four influencing factors of flow condensation point under mixed transmission conditions,including crude oil condensation point,gas-oil ratio,water content and crude oil flow rate,are selected by studying the influence law of each influencing factor on the flow condensation point of crude oil.On the basis of the existing flow condensation point model,a new relationship equation for the flow condensation point of crude oil is proposed.Based on the field production data of Mahu oilfield,the crude oil flow condensation point calculation equation for a single well is determined,and it is found that the three-phase mixed transmission crude oil can be transported normally under the condition of slightly lower crude oil condensation point.The quantitative relationship and correlation between each influencing factor and the flowing condensation point were investigated,and it was found that the ranking of four influencing factors on the flowing condensation point is:crude oil condensation point>water content>crude oil flow rate>gas-oil ratio,which provides theoretical support for further development of the unheated gathering process in the three-phase mixed transmission gathering pipeline network.
