摘  要:采煤机的运行稳定性对煤矿开采效率有重要影响,在对采煤机基本情况进行介绍的基础上,设计了电控系统的整体方案。采煤机电控系统由4部分构成,分别为主控制模块、模拟量采集模块、开关量采集模块和开关量输出模块。各模块之间基于CAN总线实现数据信息交互,能有效保障数据传输过程的安全性和可靠性。对4大模块的硬件部分进行了详细设计,对电控系统的主要软件程序和监测界面进行了介绍。采煤机作业时电控系统的成功实践应用,使得采煤机的维护保养成本降低了35.82%,而采煤效率则提升了8.33%,取得了较好的安全效益和经济效益。The operation stability of the shearer has an important impact on the mining efficiency of the coal mine.Based on the introduction of the basic situation of the shearer,the overall scheme of the electric control system is designed,which is composed of four parts,namely,the main control module,the analog acquisition module,the switch acquisition module and the switch output module.Data information interaction between modules is realized based on CAN-bus,which can effectively guarantee the safety and reliability of data transmission process.The hardware part of the four modules is designed in detail,and the main software program and monitoring interface of the electronic control system are introduced.The successful practical application of the electric control system during the operation of the shearer has reduced the maintenance cost of the shearer by 35.82%,while the mining efficiency has increased by 8.33%,which has achieved good safety and economic benefits.
