摘 要:电网高压隔离开关经常发生轴承卡涩、动作不到位等机械故障,导致故障信号特征值不准确、诊断效果不佳等问题的产生,对此提出一种新的电网高压隔离开关机械故障诊断方法.根据机械发生故障时的振动信号特征值,绘制力矩-转角检测曲线,通过与正常运行状态下的曲线变化相对比,实现对机械故障的准确诊断.实验结果证明,所设计方法的机械故障诊断结果与实际一致,说明该方法可以有效检测电网高压隔离开关机械故障,诊断效果较好.In order to solve the problem that the power grid high voltage isolating switch often suffers the mechanical faults, such as bearing jam and inadequate action, which leads to inaccurate characteristic values of fault signals and poor diagnosis results, a new mechanical fault diagnosis method for power grid high voltage isolating switch was proposed. According to the characteristic values of vibration signals during mechanical faults, torque-angle detection curves were drawn. By comparing with the curve change under normal operation, the accurate diagnosis of mechanical fault was realized. The experimental results show that the mechanical fault diagnosis results of as-proposed method are consistent with the actual situation, indicating that the method can effectively detect the mechanical faults of power grid high voltage isolating switch with better diagnosis results.
