摘 要:针对多能系统对分布式能源使用率较低且经济效益不理想的问题,提出了基于改进BP网络与AHP模型的区域多能系统协同优化方法.该方法利用AHP模型构建了区域多能系统评价体系,并设计了双层GA-BP网络用于学习优化系统的各项评价指标,以得到最佳的系统综合评价得分用于调整系统能源的供需量.基于园区多能系统的实验结果表明,所提方法的可靠性、经济效益、碳交易成本及用户满意度分别为0.99、10.82万元、0.43万元和1.故其在提高经济效益的同时,还可保证系统运行可靠性及绿色环保.Aiming at the low utilization rate of distributed energy and unsatisfactory economic benefits of multi-energy system, a collaborative optimization method based on improved BP network and AHP model for regional multi-energy system was proposed. The evaluation system for regional multi-energy system was constructed by using AHP model. Furthermore, a double layer GA-BP network was designed to learn and optimize the evaluation indexes of the system, to obtain the best comprehensive evaluation score for the adjustment of supply and demand of system energy. The experimental results based on the community multi-energy system show that the reliability, economic benefit, carbon transaction cost and user satisfaction of as-proposed method are 0.99, 108, 200 yuan, 4, 300 yuan and 1, respectively. While improving the economic benefits, it ensures the operation reliability and the green environmental protection of system.
