少子化时代校外教育培训对儿童视力健康的影响分析

摘　　要：加强儿童青少年近视干预是应对人口少子化、促进人口长期均衡发展的重要举措。当前我国儿童近视率不断攀升,近视低龄化、重度化日益严重。校外教育培训作为少子化时代家庭的人力资本投资策略,在“双减”政策背景下依然存在,影响儿童日常学习和生活时间安排,进而影响视力健康。基于杭州市Y小学的整校问卷调查数据和体质健康监测数据,运用OLS回归模型、中介效应模型和调节模型,分析小学生视力变化的影响因素,厘清参加校外教育培训对视力健康的影响路径。研究发现,校外教育培训通过挤压户外运动和睡眠时间对视力变化产生负面影响,亲子陪伴能有效调节上述负面影响。因此,在推进“双减”政策有效落地和儿童近视干预的过程中,应重视对小学生学习、户外活动和睡眠时间的合理分配给予指导,并重视亲子陪伴的作用。s:Strengthening the intervention of myopia in children and adolescents is an important measure to deal with the population shortage and promote the long-term balanced development of the population.At present,the rate of children's myopia is rising in China,and the low age and severe myopia are becoming more and more serious.As a human capital investment strategy for families in the era of fewer children,out-of-school training education exists in the context of the"double reduction"policy,which affects children's daily learning and lifetime arrangement,and then affects their vision health.Based on the whole school questionnaire survey data and physical health monitoring data of Y primary school in Hangzhou,this study analyzes the influencing factors of pupils'vision changes,and clarifies the impact path of attending out-of-school training education on vision health by using OLS regression model,intermediary effect model and adjustment model.The research found that after-school training education had a negative impact on visual changes by squeezing outdoor sports and sleep time,and parent-child companionship could effectively adjust the above negative effects.Therefore,in the process of promoting the effective implementation of the"double reduction"policy and the intervention of children's myopia,we should pay attention to giving guidance to the reasonable allocation of primary school students'learning,outdoor activities and sleep time,and pay attention to the role of parent-child companionship.
