摘 要:从感染枯萎病的秀珍菇(Pleurotus pulmonarius)样本中分离纯化病原菌,经柯赫氏法则验证TLH07菌株为病原菌,该菌株会导致菇体出现枯萎、菌盖凹陷等特征。经菌落形态、显微特征及16S rRNA、gyrB基因序列分析鉴定病原菌为美洲爱文菌(Ewingella americana)。病原菌对秀珍菇菌丝生长具有抑制作用。污染源调查发现,菌袋栽培料表层、内层、底层,棉塞和水源的细菌污染率分别为40%、6%、0%、17%和10%。接种操作不当可能是秀珍菇枯萎病发生的原因。本研究结果可为秀珍菇枯萎病病害的防控提供参考。Samples of Pleurotus pulmonarius with blight disease were collected,and suspected pathogens were isolated and purified.According to Koch’s postulates,a strain named TLH07 was verified to be the pathogen that caused typical characteristics of the blight disease,i.e.fruiting body withering and pileus depression.Based on colony morphology,microscopic characteristics,and 16S rRNA and gyrB gene sequence analysis,TLH07 was identified as Ewingella americana.TLH07 inhibited mycelial growth of P.pulmonarius.The contamination rates of surface layer,inner layer,bottom layer,cotton plug,and water source were 40%,6%,0%,17%,and 10%,respectively.Improper inoculation operation may be the reason for this disease.This study provided a reference for the prevention and control of this disease.
