摘  要:以植物油酸、多元酸、多元醇、抗氧剂等为原料,二甲苯作带水剂,用于回流脱水,在氮气保护下,进行酯化反应。当温度达到200℃后,开启真空,在20~30 min内逐渐把反应釜内的真空度提到0.055~0.08 MPa,反应至酸值达到7~12 mg KOH/g要求为止。讨论了利用真空减压的工艺条件对树脂反应过程、树脂性能指标的影响。结果表明:抽真空减压,可以有效地降低了反应温度,增加了反应安全系数。同时,可以加速反应向生成物方向进行,这样可以显著缩短树脂的酯化反应周期,提高生产率。With vegetable oleic acid,polyacid,polyol,antioxidant,etc.as raw materials,with xylene as water-carrying agent for reflux dehydration,under the protection of nitrogen,esterification reaction took place.When the temperature reached 200℃,the vacuum was started,the vacuum degree rose gradually to 0.055~0.08 MPa in the reaction kettle in 20~30 minutes,and the reaction continued until the acid value reached the requirement of 7~12 mg KOH/g.The effect of vacuum decompression process conditions on the resin reaction process and resin property indicators was discussed.The results show that vacuum decompression can effectively reduce the reaction temperature and increase the reaction safety factor.At the same time,the reaction can be accelerated to the direction of the product,which can significantly shorten the esterification reaction cycle of the resin and improve the productivity.
