环境友好型水基消泡剂的合成及其在水性涂料中的应用研究

摘  要:采用直接酯化法合成消泡剂主单体,通过红外光谱分析产物的特征峰和元素分析,再对合成的主单体进行复配制备出水性涂料用水基消泡剂,对聚醚、高级脂肪醇、液体石蜡的用量等影响消泡剂性能的因素进行分析研究,确定出最佳合成工艺条件。结果表明,使用聚醚、硬脂酸单甘油酯、高级脂肪醇、液体石蜡、纳米粒子、乳化剂、助乳化剂等原料可制备出性能优良的环境友好型水基涂料消泡剂;最佳使用量为:聚醚和高级脂肪醇分别采用10%和8%的质量分数加入;采用液体石蜡作为扩散剂,可降低消泡剂的黏度,提高渗入和扩散能力,加入质量分数为15%。该消泡剂可在45℃条件下实现25 d不分层,5℃下35 d不分层,室温下100 d不分层,具有较好的稳定性和消泡性,与市售产品对比,总体性能较为接近,抑泡性更为优异,市场前景广阔。The main monomer of defoamer was synthesized by direct esterification,and the characteristic peaks and elements of the product were analyzed by infrared spectrum.Then the main monomers were compounded to prepare water-based defoamer for waterborne coatings,the factors influencing defoamer performance such as the dosage of polyether,higher fatty alcohol and liquid paraffin were analyzed and studied,and the optimum synthesis conditions were determined.The results showed that water-based defoamer with excellent properties could be prepared by using polyether,monoglyceride stearate,high fatty alcohol,liquid paraffin,nano-particle,emulsifier and co-emulsifier.The optimum dosage is as follows:the mass fractions of polyether and higher fatty alcohol are 10%and 8%,respectively.The viscosity of defoamer can be reduced and the permeation and diffusion ability can be improved by using liquid paraffin as diffusion agent,and the mass fraction is 15%.The defoamer can be unstratified for 25 d at 45℃,for 35 d at 5℃and for 100 d at room temperature.It has good stability and defoamability.Its overall performance is close to that of defoamer products on the market,its bubble inhibition is more outstanding,and its market prospects are broad.
