摘  要:将低活性粉煤灰掺入建筑外墙腻子中逐步替代非活性填料(重质碳酸钙),实验结果表明,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,吸水量逐渐增大均已超出标准要求,黏结强度先增大后减少,达到峰值0.69 MPa后强度逐渐减少,腻子膜的其余性能指标均满足标准要求。为了解决加入粉煤灰后腻子膜吸水率、黏结强度存在的问题,在上述实验配比的基础上加入质量分数5%的碱性激发剂[Ca(OH)_(2)、Na_(2)SiO_(3)],结果表明,碱性激发剂的加入,对粉煤灰、水泥的激发效果显著,腻子膜的吸水量明显降低,均能满足标准要求的2.0 g/10 min,黏结强度先增加到峰值0.87 MPa后逐步降低,完全替代重质碳酸钙时为0.62 MPa,满足标准的要求。Low-activity fly ash was mixed into building exterior wall putty to gradually replace inactive filler(heavy calcium carbonate).The experiment results showed:as the content of fly ash increased,the water absorption gradually increased beyond the standard requirement,and the bonding strength first increased and then decreased,and decreased gradually after reaching the peak value of 0.69 MPa.The rest of the performance indicators of the putty film met the standard requirements.In order to solve the problems of water absorption and bonding strength of putty film after adding fly ash,5%alkaline activator[Ca(OH)_(2),Na_(2)SiO_(3)]was added on the basis of the above experimental ratio,and the results showed:the addition of the alkaline activator had a significant activating effect on fly ash and cement,and the water absorption of the putty film was significantly reduced,meeting the standard requirement of 2.0 g/10 min.The bonding strength first increased to the peak value of 0.87 MPa and then gradually decreased,and was 0.62 MPa when heavy calcium carbonate was completely replaced,meeting the standard requirement.
