摘 要:为了探究中小型住宅使用小型空气源热泵系统作为冷热源主机的能耗情况和主机的运行情况,本研究通过理论计算分析了系统有无缓冲水箱下主机的运行时间、运行能耗和启停频次以及影响热泵主机运行情况的因素。结果表明,系统设置缓冲水箱和增大缓冲水箱容量能够明显减少主机的启停频次,利于延长热泵主机使用寿命;系统能耗与系统形式、水箱容量、主机额定制冷量和负荷大小有关,额定冷量19 kW、负荷4.5 kW下设置150 L的缓冲水箱,主机运行时间缩短31.7%,系统能耗比5.5 kW负荷时减小24%,比额定冷量10 kW的主机减少约33%;空间足够大的情况下系统设置水箱时应选择较大容量的水箱。为小型热泵系统在中小型住宅建筑中的应用提供参考。In order to explore the energy consumption and operating situation of the small air source heat pump system used as the cold/heat source for small and medium-sized residential buildings.The running time of the main engine with or without buffer tank,the energy consumption and the ON/OFF cycling were analyzed through theoretical calculations,as well as the factors that affect the operation of the chiller/heat pump.The results showed that,setting buffer tank and increasing the buffer tank’s capacity can significantly reduce the ON/OFF cycling times of the chiller/heat pump,which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the heat pump.System energy consumption is related to system form,water tank capacity,heat pump rated cooling capacity and load size.With a rated cooling capacity of 19 kW and a 150 L buffer tank under a load of 4.5 kW,the chiller/heat pump running time is shortened by 31.7%,and the system energy consumption is reduced by 24% compared with the 5.5 kW load,and about 33% less than the chiller/heat pump with a rated cooling capacity of 10 kW.This research provides a reference for the application of small chiller/heat pump systems in small and medium residential buildings.
