医院配电与能耗监管系统建设实践

摘　　要：构建医院配电与能耗监测管理平台,升级传统配电系统,使医院可满足快速发展的业务需求,顺应节约型社会及智慧医院的发展趋势。利用新型数字化设备对传统配电系统加以改造,形成包含末端信息采集、数据传输、数据处理、可视化显示、关键数据分析及故障告警推送的智能管理系统。监管平台的应用实现了配电系统状态与参数的实时监测和能耗的多维度管理,有效降低了配电系统的监管难度,提高了配电运行响应的效率,能耗统计与分析更加便利。建设基于数字化设备及信息技术的配电与能耗监管平台对于提高后勤管理水平、推进医院智能化转变具有重要意义,有利于医院的可持续发展。By building a monitoring and management platform for the hospital power distribution and energy consumption system and upgrading the traditional power distribution network,the hospital can meet the business needs of rapid development and comply with the development trend of an energy-saving society and a smart hospital.Using new digital equipment,the traditional distribution system is transformed to form an intelligent management system including terminal information acquisition,data transmission,data processing,visual display,key data analysis and fault alarm push.The application of the supervision platform realizes the real-time monitoring of the status and parameters of the distribution system and the multi-dimensional management of energy consumption,which effectively reduces the difficulty of monitoring the distribution system and improves the efficiency of distribution operation response.In addition,energy consumption statistics and analysis become more convenient.Building a platform of power distribution and energy consumption supervision based on digital equipment and information technology is of great significance to improve the logistics management level and promote the intelligent transformation of the hospital,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the hospital.
