摘  要:在国家碳达峰碳中和的战略目标下,农宅节能减碳成为民用建筑领域节能减碳重点工作之一,应给予更多的关注和重视。以50年为农宅生命期,对2层250 m^(2)、单层120 m^(2)和单层75 m^(2)轻钢结构农宅执行不同节能标准、采用不同清洁采暖方案的经济性和碳排放进行测算分析,以寻求适合农宅的节能减碳技术路线。结果表明,农宅节能减碳应选择主动和被动节能技术相结合的技术路线,即在执行一定节能标准(节能75%或节能80%)的基础上,增设太阳能光伏应用,可达到与超低能耗或近零能耗农宅同样的节能减排效果,且具有较好的经济性,如节能75%农宅采用光伏+电暖器方案的收益投资比最佳,节能80%农宅的光伏+电暖器方案采暖的能耗和碳排放为负值。Under the strategic goal of national carbon peak and carbon neutrality,energy saving and carbon reduction of rural housing has become one of the key tasks in the field of civil construction,which should be paid more attention to.50 years as the life cycle,the economic and social benefits of light steel structure rural houses have been estimated and analyzed,including two-layer 250 m^(2),single-layer 120 m^(2)and single-layer 75 m^(2)households for implementing different energy-saving standards and adopting different clean heating schemes,to sought the technical and suitable route of energy-saving and carbon-reduction for rural houses.The results show the development of active energy-saving technology should be fully considered in the selection of energy-saving and carbon-reduction technology route of rural house.Based on the implementation of certain energy-saving standards(energy saving 75%or 80%),adding solar photovoltaic applications can achieve the same purpose of energy-saving and emission-reduction as ultra-low energy consumption farmhouse or nearly zero-energy farmhouses,and acquire better economic benefits.For example,it is the best Revenue/Investment Ratio for 75%energy-saving farmhouse with photovoltaic and electric heater Scheme.And the heating energy consumption and carbon emission are negative for 80%energy-saving farmhouse with photovoltaic and electric heater Scheme.
