摘　　要：风险的媒介化治理是在媒介化社会与风险社会的交织中产生的命题。本研究将媒介化理论纳入风险治理视野,将媒介视为治理体系内的核心构成,阐释了媒介作为治理主体、治理载体以及治理对象所承载的内涵。在此基础上,又立足于媒介化、风险与治理的关系,从政治逻辑、风险逻辑、媒介逻辑的内涵及相互作用关系入手,探讨了风险媒介化治理的内在逻辑关系。三种逻辑的互动作用结果决定了风险治理中的价值导向、现实规限、资源配置与建构机制。风险的媒介化治理实质上为其内蕴逻辑间的博弈提供了调适空间,任何科学有效的风险治理,都要求在三种逻辑之间寻找交汇点,形成适应媒介化社会的风险治理机制。The mediated governance of risk is a proposition that arises at the intersection of mediated society and risk society. This study incorporates the theory of mediatization into the vision of risk governance, considers the media as a core component within the governance system,and explains the connotations carried by the media as the subject of governance, the vehicle of governance, and the object of governance. Based on this, the study explores the internal logic of risk-mediated governance from the connotation and interaction of political logic, risk logic,and media logic, based on the relationship between mediatization, risk, and governance. The results of the interaction of the three logics determine the value orientation, realistic limits,resource allocation and constructive mechanisms in risk governance. Any scientific and effective risk management requires finding the intersection between the three logics and forming a risk management mechanism that is adapted to the mediated society.
