摘　　要：县级融媒体中心公共文化服务效能是指以县级融媒体中心为主体、社会力量共同参与,向公众提供公共文化服务的水平和能力。为进一步提高宁夏县级融媒体的公共文化服务质量与服务效果,推进其公共文化服务的效能提升,本文通过对宁夏三县开展实证调研,在现有研究成果的基础上构建出基于层次分析法(AHP)的宁夏县级融媒体中心公共文化服务的效能评估体系,并对宁夏三县的融媒体中心公共文化服务的效能进行综合实证评估。研究发现,宁夏县级融媒体中心的公共文化的效能提升应进一步增强其公共文化服务的投入水平与资金利用率;应加强县级融媒体中心三大版块的服务能力建设,提升公共文化服务的能力效果;应拓宽公共文化服务的广度与深度,推进公共文化服务效能的全面提升。The efficiency of public cultural services of county-level media convergence centers refers to the level and ability to provide public cultural services to the public with county-level media convergence centers as the main body and social forces participating together.In order to improve the quality and effect of public cultural services of county-level media convergence centers in Ningxia,To promote the efficiency of public cultural services,this paper conducts empirical research on three counties in Ningxia,constructs an efficiency evaluation system of public cultural services of countylevel media convergence centers in Ningxia based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and makes a comprehensive empirical evaluation on the efficiency of public cultural services of media convergence centers in three counties in Ningxia.It is found that theimprovement of efficiency of public cultural services of county-level media convergence centers in Ningxia should be further enhanced the investment level and fund utilization rate of public cultural services;It is necessary to strengthen the service capacity building of the three major sectors of the county-level media convergence centers to enhance the effect of ability of public cultural services;We should expand the breadth and depth of public cultural services and promote the overall improvement of public cultural service efficiency.
