成果导向与产学合作融合的学生培养模式

摘　　要：成果导向教育(OBE)通过一系列有效的教学实践使学生最大化地获得学习能力、实践能力、学习愿望和实践成果,产学合作协同育人项目是一种针对性较强、目的明确的教学实践。描述了研究生主持的英飞凌大学生创新创业联合基金项目“基于iMOTION控制器的PMSM对拖控制系统”的执行情况,包括项目任务、培养模式、成果取得。该项目的实施结果表明,产学合作协同育人项目是一种有效培养高素质研究生的新模式。Outcome-based education(OBE)is to maximize students′learning ability,practical ability,learning desire and practical results through a series of effective teaching practices.The collaborative education project is a kind of teaching practice with strong pertinence and definite purpose.In this paper,the implementation of the project“PMSM dual-drive control system based on iMOTION controller”of Infineon university students′innovation and entrepreneurship joint fund is described,including project tasks,training mode and achievements.The implementation result of this project shows that the collaborative education project of industry-university collaboration is helpful to develop a new training mode towards high-quality postgraduates.
