摘  要:为解决常规分注精细注水效果差、注水合格率低、稠油油藏适应性差以及无缆智能分注井下配水器电池寿命短的问题,在中北部油田试验的基础上,优化改进了缆控智能分注技术,并首次在大港南部油田稠油油藏首次应用,该技术通过单芯电缆控制井下智能配水器的一种数字式注水技术,其能够全自动的对每个地层流量实现实时监测与控制,调整速度快,可频繁调整,并多层联动同时调,抗地层扰动能力强。可分层数多,读取实时数据快,可以很好实现数字化,稠油油藏实施效果较好,节能效果显著,节约创效600余万元,降低了员工劳动强度,缆控智能分注技术能够有效提高水驱采收率,实现油藏精细注水,具有较高的推广应用价值。In order to solve the problems of poor fine injection effect for conventional sub-injection,low qualified rate of water injection,poor adaptability of heavy oil reservoir and short battery life for cableless intelligent sub-injection downhole water dispenser,based on the test in north central oilfield,the sub-injection technology of cable intelligent is optimized and improved.It is first applied in the heavy oil reservoir of Dagang south oilfield.This technology is the digital water injection technology that controls download intelligent water dispenser via a single core cable.It is capable of fully automatic real-time monitoring and control of each formation flow with fast adjustment that can be very frequent,multi-layer linkage and simultaneous adjustment and strong ability to resist formation disturbance.The digitization can be realized very well with a large number of layers and fast the reading of real-time data.The implementation effect of heavy oil reservoir is good and the effect of energy conservation is significant.The effect of energy conservation is more than 6 million yuan,reducing the labor intensity of employees.The sub-injection technology of cable intelligent can effectively improve the recovery rate of water drive and achieve fine water injection in oil reservoirs,which has high promotion and application value.
