摘 要:针对丛式井组的常规游梁式抽油机井之间井距较近的特点,开展了“一拖多”共直流母线调控技术与应用,以丛式井组为中心与周围井距较近的抽油机井组成一个井组,应用一变多井耦合式单井智能调速装置,将抽油机井传统的“一变一井”配电模式改变为“一变多井”配电模式,通过智能控制单元控制终端单井错峰运行,确保母线电压相对稳定,具有直流母线电压输送平稳、变压器容量减少、馈能合理利用、单井工况变频调速的技术优势,累计应用28个井组166口井,平均有功节能率达到了13.24%,年节电能力达到11.26×10^(4)kWh,实现了以井组为单元的节能效果提高。In view of the fact that the distance between conventional beam pumping wells in cluster well group is close,the regulation technology and application of“one-to-many”common DC bus are carried out.The surrounding oil pumping wells in close proximity to each other is formed a well group,applying the intelligent adjustable speed device of a single variable multi-well coupled single well that is changed the traditional“one to one”distribution model for oil pumping wells to a“one to many”power distribution model.Through intelligent control units to control the staggered operation of terminal single well,make sure that the bus voltage is relatively stable with the technical advantages of smooth DC bus voltage transmission,transformer capacity reduction,reasonable use of feeder energy,single well working conditions of frequency conversion speed regulation.With a cumulative application of 166 wells in 28 well groups,the rate of energy conservation is 13.24%on average and the capacity of annual electricity saving is 11.26×10^(4)kWh,which achieves the improvement of the energy efficiency based on the units of well groups.
