摘  要:机采设备是油田开发生产的重要能耗设备。针对机采设备没有实时采集数据进行控制,不能实现自动调频和跟踪,导致变频节能控制的性能不能得到有效发挥,特别是对稠油、出砂、高黏等油井,抽油机脱抽的现象时有发生,造成抽油机能耗的浪费等问题,提出了应用油井动态节能装置的技术改造思路,介绍了某采油厂稠油区块油井生产现状、油井动态节能装置的工作原理、功能特点及主要技术指标、现场应用情况及效果等内容。实践证明,该节能装置是一种比较理想的新型油井电动机节能控制设备,其综合节电率能达到50%以上,推广应用268台,实现年节电达962.12×10^(4)kWh,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Mechanical production equipment is an important energy consumption equipment for oilfield development and production.In view of the fact that the mechanical recovery equipment does not collect data in real time for control and does not realize automatic frequency modulation and tracking,which leads to the ineffectiveness of the performance of frequency conversion energy saving control,especially for heavy oil,sand production,high viscosity oil wells and other oil wells.What's more,the phenomenon of oil pumping unit desquamation often occurs,resulting in waste of energy consumption of oil pumping unit and other problems.Hence,the technical transformation idea of applying the dynamic energy conservation device of the oil well is proposed.This paper introduces the current production situation of heavy oil wells in an oil production plant,the working principle,functional characteristics,and main technical indicators of the dynamic energy conservation device for oil wells,the field application and effect and other contents.The practice has proved that the energy conservation device is an ideal new energy conservation control equipment for oil well motors.Its comprehensive power saving rate can reach more than 50%.268 sets of energy conservation devices have been popularized and applied,achieving an annual power saving of 962.12×10^(4)kWh.It has good economic and social benefits.
