摘  要:曙一区区块以蒸汽吞吐开发方式为主稳产了20 a,为继续保障超稠油效益稳产,扩大SAGD开发以及部分区块整体转为蒸汽驱开发,热采稠油采出液前端集输系统会增加热能。计算热能平衡,将SAGD井高温产出液通过换热器、混掺等方式在联合站与吞吐液进行热量交换,扩大热能综合利用可实施范围,将污水处理站的高温污水作为热媒与吞吐液交换能量,满足原油处理的高温脱水要求,停运联合站一段脱水加热炉,可节约燃料气4329.5×10^(4)m^(3)/a,按照天然气价格1.9元/m^(3)计算,年节约成本8226.1万元,绿色能源循环利用,减少碳排放。The block of Shu-1 District has been producing steadily for 20 years,mainly by steam stimulation development.In order to continue ensuring the efficiency and stable production of super heavy oil,the expansion of SAGD development and overall conversion of some blocks to steam flooding development,the front-end gathering and transportation system of produced liquid of thermal recovery heavy oil will increase heat energy.The heat balance is calculated.Through the way of heat exchanger and blending,the high temperature output fluid from the SAGD wells will be exchanged at the combined station with the throughput fluid in order to expand the implementable scope of comprehensive utilization of heat energy.The high temperature sewage of sewage treatment station is used as heat medium to exchange energy with the throughput fluid,which meets the requirements of high temperature dehydration of crude oil treatment and shuts down a section of dehydration heating furnace at the combined station,resulting in fuel gas savings of 4329.5×10^(4)m^(3)/a.According to the natural gas price of 1.9 yuan/m^(3),the annual cost savings is 82261000 yuan,The utilization of green energy recycling reduces carbon emissions.
