摘  要:绝热材料是保证蒸汽管线保温效益的关键,而绝热材料老化则会造成保温性能衰减影响其保温效益。为提高保温性能,建立了蒸汽管线保温效益理论分析模型,研究了三种绝热材料老化引起保温性能衰减对蒸汽管线保温效益的影响,并分析了绝热材料服役年限的影响。研究结果表明:服役时间为20 a时,硅酸盐毡绝热材料老化对其保温性能影响结果最大,与未考虑老化时相比,其经济厚度、热量损失以及年平均总费用增幅分别为15.15%、36.14%、33.83%;服役时间较短时建议选用硅酸盐瓦绝热材料,当服役时间较长时选用气凝胶绝热材料。The insulation material is the key to ensure the thermal insulation benefits of steam pipeline.However,the decaying effect of thermal insulation performance caused by aging of insulation material is affected its thermal insulation benefit.The theoretical analysis model of thermal insulation benefit of steam pipeline was established.The influence of aging on the thermal insulation performance of three kinds of insulation materials for the thermal insulation benefits of steam pipeline was studied,and the influence of service life of insulation materials was analyzed.The results show that when the service time is 20 years,the aging of silicate felt insulation material has the greatest impact on its thermal insulation performance.Compared with that without aging,the increase of economic thickness,heat loss and annual average total cost are 15.15%,36.14%and 33.83%respectively.When the service time is short,silicate tile insulation material is recommended.Aerogel insulation material is chosen when the service time is longer.
