摘　　要：基于信息系统成功模型并引入感知价值、满意度变量,探究移动图书馆服务平台用户持续使用意愿的影响因素。研究结果表明:系统质量和信息质量对感知价值具有显著的正向影响;系统质量、服务质量和信息质量显著正向影响用户的满意度;感知价值和满意度对用户持续使用意愿具有显著的正向影响。系统质量、服务质量和信息质量通过感知价值和满意度进而对用户持续使用意愿产生显著正向影响。该研究为系统分析移动图书馆用户持续使用意愿影响因素和完善服务模式提供了有益的研究参考。In light of the extended D&M model and the perceived value theory,the influencing factors of the users'continuance intention to use the digital library mobile service platform are investigated.Theresults show that:system quality and information quality significantly and positively afect perceivedvalue;system quality,servicequality,and informationquality significantly and positively afect user satisfaction;perceived value and satisfaction significantly and positively afect users'continuance intention.The research provides a valuable reference both for systematically analyzing the factors that influence the digital library users'continuance intention and for improving service.
