摘  要:在“碳达峰、碳中和”不断推进及光伏发电成本持续下降背景下,全球光伏装机规模有望持续增长。中国光伏行业协会预计,2022—2030年全球每年新增光伏装机量保守估计为195~315 GW,乐观估计为240~366 GW。光伏行业持续的高景气度为金刚线应用提供了巨大市场。作为可能替代品钨丝金刚线的难题是原料问题,钨丝生产的成材率还比较低,使用钨丝做金刚线母线虽然能在很大程度上解决细线化问题,但要全面取代高碳钢丝,需要解决的核心问题是成本。预计未来3~5年,金刚线仍将是硅片切割的主流耗材,两种金刚线母线高碳钢丝与钨丝会长期并存。Under background of continuous promotion of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”and continuous decline of photovoltaic power generation costs,global photovoltaic installed capacity continues to grow.China Photovoltaic Industry Association estimates that global annual new photovoltaic installed capacity will be 195~315 GW conservatively and 240~366 GW optimistically from 2022 to 2030.The continuous high landscape of photovoltaic industry provides a huge market for diamond wire application.The problem of tungsten wire as a possible substitute is raw materials.The yield of tungsten wire production is still relatively low.Although use of tungsten wire as wire busbar can largely solve fine wire problem,core problem to be solved is still cost to replace high carbon steel wire in an all-round way.It is estimated that in next 3~5 years,diamond wire will still be mainstream consumable for silicon wafer cutting,and high carbon steel wire and tungsten wire of two kinds of diamond wire bus will coexist for a long time.
