摘　　要：装甲抢救牵引车专用绞盘工况恶劣:空间受限、受力大,钢丝绳需多层缠绕,绳和轮之间摩擦剧烈。研究10×K26WS-IWRC-30 mm钢丝绳结构排列、工艺参数设计及捻制过程控制,通过对钢丝绳进行拆股和整绳破断拉力试验,各项技术性能指标满足YB/T 5359—2020标准及技术要求,钢丝绳具有良好的柔韧性、耐磨性和抗挤压性,可满足装甲抢救牵引车专用绞盘的特殊工况使用要求。Special winch of armored rescue tractor is in bad working condition,space is limited,force is big,steel wire rope needs multi-layer winding,friction between rope and wheel is intense.The structure arrangement,process parameters design and laying process control of 10×K26WS-IWRC-30 mm steel wire rope are studied.All technical performance indexes meet YB/T 5359—2020 standard and technical requirements through broken force test of strand and wire rope.Wire rope has good flexibility,wear resistance and anti-extrusion property,which meet special working condition requirements of special winch for armored rescue tractor.
