摘　　要：[目的]研究恒河猴幼猴从出生到6月龄各生长发育指标的变化情况。[方法]统计该单位2020年幼猴的出生情况,选取同年出生的140余只幼猴,跟踪称量从出生到6月龄体重的变化情况,测量头围、坐高、体长、胸围、前肢长、后肢长、尾长的生长情况,观察牙齿的生长情况。将父母是引进猴或是野外猴的与父母是自繁猴的幼猴进行比较。[结果]幼猴出生后各生长发育指标都呈线性增长关系,0~4月龄雄猴平均体长、坐高、前肢长、后肢长、头围、胸围、尾长高于雌猴。5月龄雄猴平均体长、坐高、前肢长、后肢长、胸围、尾长高于雌猴。6月龄雌猴头围、坐高、尾长高于雄猴。父母是野外猴或引进猴的幼猴与自繁猴的幼猴各生长发育指标间无显著差异。6月龄时20颗乳牙基本长齐。[结论]该研究为人工繁育恒河猴的科学饲养管理和试验研究提供参考依据和数据支持。[Objective]To study the changes of growth and development indexes of rhesus monkeys from birth to 6 months of age.[Method]The birth situation of young monkeys in 2020 was analyzed.More than 140 young monkeys born in the same year were selected to track the changes of weight from birth to 6 months of age.The growth of head circumference,sitting height,body length,chest circumference,forelimb length,hind limb length and tail length were measured,and the growth of teeth were observed.Babies whose parents were either introduced or wild monkeys were compared with babies whose parents were native monkeys.[Result]The growth and development indexes of young monkeys showed a linear growth relationship after birth.The average body length,sitting height,forelimb length,hind limb length,head circumference,chest circumference and tail length of male monkeys aged 0-4 months were higher than those of female monkeys.The average body length,sitting height,forelimb length,hind limb length,chest circumference and tail length of 5-month-old male monkeys are higher than those of female monkeys.6 months old female monkey head circumference,sitting height,tail length is higher than male monkey.There was no significant difference in the growth and development indexes between the infants of wild or introduced monkeys and those of self-breeding monkeys.At the age of 6 months,the 20 deciduous teeth are basically full.[Conclusion]This study provides reference and data support for the scientific breeding management and experimental research of artificial breeding rhesus monkeys.
