摘 要:为进一步探索复合微生物菌剂在草莓高架基质栽培上的应用效果,研究其对草莓生长情况和果实品质的影响。结果表明,施用复合微生物菌剂促进草莓地上部分生长,草莓茎叶鲜重增加50%以上,增强草莓根系活力,减少老化黑根数75%以上,增加根系鲜重136.4%;提升草莓果实外观品质与鲜食品质,增加果面光泽度,可溶性固形物平均提高4%以上,糖酸比平均提高20%以上,果实硬度平均提高10%以上。To investigate the effect of compound microbial inoculants in strawberry elevated substrate cultivation,as well as its effect on strawberry growth and fruit quality.At the same time,related experiments were carried out.The results indicated that the fresh weight of strawberry stem and leaf increased more than 50%as well as the fresh weight of root increased 136.4%by application of compound microbial inoculants,which could promote the growth of strawberry on the ground and increase the root activity of strawberry underground.Meanwhile,the number of aging black roots decreased by more than 75%by application of compound microbial inoculants.Furthermore,the appearance quality and internal quality of strawberry fruit were improved and the glossiness of fruit surface was increased.The average soluble solids increased by more than 4%,while the application of compound microbial inoculants increased the sugar-acid ratio and the fruit hardness by more than 20%and more than 10%on average,respectively.
