摘 要:[目的]比较不同产地野生岩陀和栽培岩陀的岩白菜素含量差异,探讨野生岩陀与栽培岩陀是否具有质量等同性,确定最佳栽培年限。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法对野生岩陀和栽培岩陀的岩白菜素含量进行测定。[结果]丽江宁蒗县的野生岩陀岩白菜素含量最高,为5.84%,曲靖马龙县野生岩陀岩白菜素含量最低,为4.32%,丽江栽培岩陀岩白菜素含量在3.93%~5.19%,且各基地间栽培岩陀岩白菜素含量差异明显。相关性分析表明,同一乡镇的野生岩陀大多呈正相关,不同地区间野生岩陀相关性有很大差异,3年栽培岩陀与野生岩陀岩白菜素含量差别不大,不同基地相同年份栽培岩陀岩白菜素含量差异不大。聚类分析表明,所有岩陀样品可分为3类,第1类均为栽培品,第2类均为野生品,第3类野生品、栽培品都有。栽培年限与岩陀岩白菜素含量分析表明,栽培年限与岩白菜素含量呈极显著正相关。[结论]栽培岩陀可作为野生岩陀的替代资源使用,栽培岩陀最佳栽培年限为3~4年。[Objective]To compare the bergeninum contents between wild and cultivated Yantuo from different regions,and discuss whether the wild and cultivated samples had quality equivalence,and determined the best cultivation period.[Method]The bergeninum contents of wild samples and cultivated samples were determined by HPLC.[Result]The content of wild Yantuo bergenin in Ninglang County of Lijiang was the highest(5.84%),while the content of wild Yantuo bergenin in Malong County of Qujing was the lowest(4.32%),and the content of cultivated Yantuo bergenin in Lijiang was 3.93%-5.19%,and the content of cultivated Yantuo bergenin in different bases was significantly different.The correlation research showed that wild samples in the same township were mostly positively correlated,and the correlations of wild sampless in different regions were very different.The bergeninum contents of the three-year cultivated samples were not much different from the wild samples.Besides,the bergeninum contents of samples in different cultivated bases in the same year had little difference.The results of cluster analysis showed that all samples were divided into 3 categories.The first category was cultivated samples,the second category was wild samples and the third category contained wild samples and cultivated samples.Analysis of cultivation years and bergeninum content showed that there was a significant positive correlation between cultivation years and bergeninum content.[Conclusion]The cultivated Yantuo could replace the wild Yantuo.The best cultivation period of cultivated products was 3-4 years.
