淋洗后污泥对3种蔬菜种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：以2种污泥(SA、SB)为材料,研究皂角苷和柠檬酸联合淋洗后污泥(LSA、LSB)对萝卜、白菜和生菜种子的发芽率、发芽指数和根伸长抑制率的影响。结果表明,淋洗后污泥(LSA、LSB)中的重金属(Cd、Cu、Ni、Cr、Pb和Zn)和养分(有机质、N、P)均降低。随污泥添加量(总干质量的5%~50%)的增加,3种蔬菜种子的发芽率减小;而淋洗后污泥提高了种子的发芽率,淋洗后污泥添加量为50%时,3种蔬菜种子的发芽率均在90%以上。3种蔬菜种子的发芽指数随淋洗污泥(LSA、LSB)添加量的增加呈上升趋势。与SA、SB相比,添加淋洗污泥后,3种蔬菜种子的根伸长抑制率增大,小白菜根伸长抑制率增加了32%~35%。The effects of sludge(LSA,LSB)after combined leaching of saponin and citric acid on the germination rate,germination index and root elongation inhibition rate of radish,cabbage and lettuce seeds were studied using two kinds of sludge(SA,SB)as materials.The results showed that the heavy metals(Cd,Cu,Ni,Cr,Pb and Zn)and nutrients(organic matter,N,P)in the sludge(LSA,LSB)were reduced after leaching.With the increase of sludge addition(5%-50%of the total dry mass),the germination rate of the three seeds decreased;while the sludge increases the germination rate of the seeds after elution,and when the sludge addition amount is 50%after leaching,the germination rate of the three vegetables is above 90%.The germination index of the three vegetable seeds increased with the increase of the additive amount of leached sludge(LSA,LSB).Compared with the unwashed sludge,after the addition of the leached sludge,the root elongation inhibition rate of the three vegetables increased,and the inhibition rate of root length of Chinese cabbage increased by 32%-35%.
