三味豆蔻汤联合西药对阿尔茨海默病患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨三味豆蔻汤联合西药对阿尔茨海默病患者的临床疗效。方法98例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例,对照组给予西药,观察组在对照组基础上加用三味豆蔻汤,疗程6个月。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、认知功能评分(MMSE、ADAS-cog)、精神行为症状评分(BEHAVE-AD、NPI)、氧化应激因子(SOD、GSH-PX、MDA)、炎症因子(Aβ、TNF-α、IL-6)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、ADAS-cog评分、精神行为症状评分、MDA、炎症因子降低(P<0.05),MMSE评分、SOD、GSH-PX升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三味豆蔻汤联合西药可安全有效地抑制阿尔茨海默病患者氧化应激损伤及炎症因子水平。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Sanwei Doukou Decoction combined with western medicines on patients with Alzheimer’s disease.METHODS Ninety-eight patients were randomly assigned into control group(49 cases)for 6-month administration of western medicines,and observation group(49 cases)for 6-month administration of both Sanwei Doukou Decoction and western medicines.The changes in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,cognitive function scores(MMSE,ADAS-cog),mental and behavioral symptom scores(BEHAVE-AD,NPI),oxidative stress factors(SOD,GSH-PX,MDA),inflammatory factors(Aβ,TNF-α,IL-6)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores,ADAS-cog score,mental and behavioral symptom scores,MDA,inflammatory factors(P<0.05),and increased MMSE score,SOD,GSH-PX(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with Alzheimer’s disease,Sanwei Doukou Decoction combined with western medicines can safely and effectively inhibit oxidative stress damage and inflammatory factor levels.
