摘　　要：随着改革开放四十多年来中国经济的快速发展,当前我国经济发展已经进入新时代,大学生职业道德教育随之步入崭新的发展时期。高校毕业生是我国人才储备的主渠道,是国家和社会发展进步的重要力量,高校作为大学生职业道德教育的主阵地,近年来在职业道德教育体系建设方面取得了不错的成绩,但仍然有很多问题需要解决。在新时代背景下,需要结合经济新常态进行大学生职业道德教育的改革创新,促进大学生的全面发展和社会进步,满足我国新时期经济高质量发展的需要。With the rapid development of China’s economy over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, my country’s economic development has entered a new era, and the professional ethics education of college students has entered a new period of development. College graduates are the main channel for my country’s talent pool and an important force for the development and progress of the country and society. As the main front of college students’ professional ethics education, colleges and universities have achieved good results in the construction of the professional ethics education system in recent years, but there are still many problems need to be solved. Under the background of the new era. It is necessary to carry out reform and innovation of college students’ professional ethics education in combination with the new economic normal, promote the comprehensive development of college students and social progress, and meet the needs of high-quality economic development in my country’s new era.
