摘 要:为了实现机车车载数据的故障在线诊断、健康管理和人机交互(HMI)功能,保证系统高实时性、高稳定性、可移植性,设计并开发了基于CODESYS组态软件的可视化界面HMI软件。应用软件基于Linux+CODESYS平台开发,在提出界面功能概述和拓扑结构的基础上,通过对其功能模块进行合理布局、对其人机界面的整体风格进行优化比选,采用了切屏刷新算法模型、多任务信息层次化处理方法、故障过滤弹窗处理方法和通信同步函数模型等技术,实现了各界面的构建、切换、实时数据采集、显示、故障记录等功能。实际结果表明:HMI系统软件通过以太网与车载智能中心连接运行稳定、功能完善、交互友好,满足设计要求。In order to realize the functions of on line fault diagnosis, health management and human-computer interaction and to ensure the systems high real-time, high stability and portability, a visual interface HMI software based on CODESYS configuration software was designed and developed.Software development is based on Linux and CODESYS development platforms.Based on the interface function overview and topology structure, through the reasonable layout of its functional modules, the overall style of the HMI was selected and optimized, using the screen cutting refresh algorithm model, multi-task information hierarchical call processing method.The fault filtering pop-up processing method and communication synchronization function model realize the construction, switchover, real-time data acquisition, display, fault recording, and other functions.The practical results show that the HMI system software is connected with the vehicle intelligent center through Ethernet and runs stably, with perfect functions and friendly interaction, which meets the design requirements.
