摘　　要：分析了镀金片弹簧的主要成形工序和各工序的成形状况,阐述了镀金片弹簧的排样设计和弯曲成形的方法,并确定级进模的总体结构。模具经实践证明:成形质量稳定、结构可靠,能提高成形制件的品质,对此类制件的模具设计提供一定的参考。The main forming process and the forming condition of each process of gold-plated flat spring were analyzed,the blank layout design and bending forming method of gold-plated flat spring was expounded,and the overall structure of progressive die was determined.The die had been proved by practice that the forming quality was stable,the structure was reliable,and the quality of the formed parts could be improved,which provided a certain reference for the die design of such parts.
