摘  要:针对保险杠料架托盘弹性支撑内外壁都需要实施抽芯脱模的要求,设计了1副点浇口三板模,成型塑件的脱模分为5步:首先是浇口流道凝料与侧浇口流道凝料的分离;其次是点浇口流道凝料的脱模;第三是斜孔管件内孔的抽芯和成型塑件一半外壁的脱模;第四是另一抽芯机构的浮动推出,同时将塑件从型芯上推出完成另一半的外壁脱模;第五是浮动推出后液压缸活塞杆带动抽芯机构动作,完成塑件喇叭口管件内壁的脱模。实践证明:模具零件运动可靠,可为成型类似塑件的注射模设计提供参考。In view of the requirement that both the inner and outer walls of the elastic support of the bumper rack tray need to be cored and demoulded,a pair of three-plate mould with point-gate was designed.The demoulding of plastic parts was divided into five steps:the first was the separation of the gate runner waste and the side gate runner waste;The second was the demoulding of the point gate runner waste;The third was the core-pulling of the inner hole of the inclined hole pipe f and the demoulding of the half outer wall of the plastic part;The fourth was the floating ejection of another core-pulling mechanism,which simultaneously ejected the plastic part from the core to complete the demoulding of the other half outer wall;The fifth was that the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder drived the core-pulling mechanism after the floating ejection to complete the demoulding of the inner wall of the bellmouth.The practice had proved that the movement of mould parts was reliable,which provided a reference for the injection mould of similar plastic parts.
