摘  要:以打印机骨架注射模设计为例,应用CAD/CAE软件进行模具结构设计,分析了Moldflow热流道时序成型技术在浇注系统设计中的应用,为模具设计提供有力的CAE技术支撑,以降低试模费用,并介绍了斜导柱和斜滑块抽芯结构与液压缸斜滑块抽芯机构,还阐述了模具工作过程,经生产实践验证,模具结构设计合理,动作平稳可靠,成型塑件质量与注射周期满足使用要求。Taking the design of injection mould for the printer framework as an example,CAD/CAE software was used to design the mould structure,the application of Moldflow hot runner timing moulding technology in gating system design was analyzed,which provided strong CAE technical support for the mould design and reduced the cost of the mould trial.The core pulling structure of inclined guide pillar and inclined silder and the core pulling mechanism of hydraulic cylinder and inclined silder were introduced,the working process of the mould was expoundsed.The production practice proved that the mould structure was reasonable,the action was stable and reliable,and the molding quality and injection cycle of the plastic parts met the requirements of use.
