摘　　要：汽车覆盖件成形时局部面畸变难以完全消除,通过引入应用面畸变测量仪,采集二维截面上的畸变最大深度及窄向宽度,构造面畸变量化评价指数,构建一种量化评价方法。建立完整的汽车覆盖件面畸变量化评价体系,在整个生命周期中实现面畸变的量化管控,实际工程实践应用中取得良好效果。The local surface distortion of body cover panel was difficult to be completely eliminated,a quantitative evaluation method was established by applying surface distortion measuring instrument,collecting the maximum depth and narrow width of distortion on two-dimensional cross-section,and constructing the quantitative evaluation index of surface distortion.A complete quantitative evaluation system for surface distortion of body cover panel was established,and the quantitative control of surface distortion was realized in the whole life cycle,which obtained good results in practical engineering application.
