防疫健康码:网络社会治理的话语创新与应用——基于语言符号学与系统语用学的视角

摘　　要：健康码在疫情防控社会治理中发挥了重要作用。从语言符号学视角看,健康码以数字化的二维码图形和三种颜色的符号载体,有效地认证与识别相关数据,是网络数字化符号的新形态和网络空间多模态话语的代表。从系统语用学视角看,健康码的数字话语嵌入现实社会之中,与社会语境、技术语境和社会治理多元主体之间产生互动,相互影响,实现治理的功能,成为疫情防控的高效工具和关键一环。健康码在现实中出现的诸多问题,是系统语用学各子系统内诸因素间的协调不当所致。对健康码的语用剖析可作为网络社会治理话语研究的典型案例。Health QR Code have played an important role in the epidemic prevention and social governance.From the perspective of linguistic semiotics,health QR Code,with digitized two-dimensional code graphics and three color symbol carriers,effectively authenticates and identifies relevant data,and is a new form of network digital symbols and a representative of multi-modal discourse in cyberspace.From the perspective of systemic pragmatics,the digital discourse of health code is embedded in the real society,interacts with the social contexts,technical context and multiple subjects of social governance,interacts with each other,participates in epidemic prevention and control,and implements the function of social governance,becoming an efficient tool and a key link in epidemic prevention and control.Many problems of health QR Code in reality are caused by the improper coordination among various factors in the subsystems of systemic pragmatics.The pragmatic analysis of health QR Code can be regarded as a typical case of the discourse study of network social governance.
