摘 要:本试验以大葱品种青杂2号为试材,采用随机区组试验,设4个处理:不施肥、常规施肥、相同有机肥基础上分别减施15%和30%化肥,研究了有机肥替代化肥对大葱产量及品质的影响。试验结果表明,与常规施肥处理相比,有机肥替代15%的化肥处理效果较好,可提高大葱品质和产量,每667 m^(2)产量提高11.6%,降低大葱硝酸盐含量36.8%,提高可溶性糖含量43.3%,且差异均显著。The effects of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on the yield and quality of welsh onion were studied by setting up four treatments:no fertilization,conventional fertilization,and 15%and 30%chemical fertilizer reduction on the basis of the same organic fertilizer with welsh onion cultivar Qingza No.2 as the test material.The results showed that compared with the conventional fertilization treatment,the effect of replacing 15%of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer was better,which could improve the quality and yield of welsh onion.The yield per 667 m^(2)increased by11.6%,the nitrate content of welsh onion decreased by 36.8%,and the soluble sugar content increased by 43.3%,and the differences were significant.
