摘 要:试验对剑麻种质资源圃的14份国外原始种、25份国内原始种和21份性状优良的杂种/选育品种3类共计60份种质进行纤维强力分析,并结合单叶重、叶片纤维含量、纤维产量、纤维长度等生物学特性、品质性状进行鉴定评价和方差分析。结果表明,束纤维强力指标以H·11648为基准,筛选出7份优质的剑麻种质。通过相关性分析与比较,发现纤维强力与其他性状之间相关性不显著,但单叶重与纤维产量存在线性正相关关系,相关系数在3种分析类型中均达到显著水平,系数分别为0.814、0.964和0.771;通过统计分析判定出不同种质间生物学特性(单叶重、纤维产量)差异显著,系数为67.8%、79.1%,而纤维强力、单叶重和纤维长度3个性状差异不显著,具有较好的稳定性。综合结果分析,今后应重点在增加单叶重、提高纤维产量和提升纤维强力上下功夫,为剑麻种质创新利用和品种选育工作提供科学依据。In this paper, a fiber strength analysis was carried out on 60 germplasm samples from the sisal germplasm resource nursery, including 14 foreign original species, 25 domestic original species and 21 hybrid/selected varieties with good characters. Moreover, the biological characteristics and quality characteristics such as single leaf weight, leaf fiber content, fiber yield and fiber length were evaluated and analyzed by variance. The results showed that 7 high quality sisal germplasms were screened using H·11648 as the benchmark for bundle fiber strength index. Through correlation analysis and comparison, it was found that there was no significant correlation between fiber strength and other traits, but there was a linear positive correlation between single leaf weight and fiber yield, and the correlation coefficient reached a significant level in the three analyzed types, and the coefficients were 0.814, 0.964 and 0.771, respectively. Through statistical analysis, it was found that the biological characteristics(single leaf weight, fiber yield) were significantly different among different germplasms, and the coefficients were 67.8% and 79.1%, while the three characters of fiber strength, single leaf weight and fiber length were not significantly different, and had good stability. In conclusion, it should be focused on increasing single leaf weight, fiber yield and fiber strength in the future so as to provide scientific basis for germplasm innovation and breeding of sisal.
