甘草栀子豉膏膻中穴贴敷对心房颤动射频消融术后食管损伤相关恶心呕吐效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨甘草栀子豉膏膻中穴贴敷在心房颤动(房颤)射频消融术后食管损伤相关恶心呕吐中的应用效果。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2021年1月至2022年2月浙江省浙江大学医学院附属第一医院心内科符合纳排标准的行房颤射频消融术的86例患者作为研究对象,采用计算机产生的随机数法分为干预组和对照组各43例。干预组采用甘草栀子豉膏膻中穴贴敷,对照组采用安慰剂膻中穴贴敷,两组除穴位贴敷外常规护理措施相同。比较两组干预前后的炎症指标,恶心、呕吐、干呕症状严重程度。结果干预后,干预组、对照组术后CRP分别为(6.71±6.42)mg/L、(15.65±11.83)mg/L,白细胞计数分别为(7.46±1.82)×10^(9)/L、(9.96±3.15)×10^(9)/L,中性粒细胞百分比分别为(69.89±9.49)%、(79.99±10.10)%;术后上消化道症状总分分别为(9.95±1.34)分、(26.62±2.27)分,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论甘草栀子豉膏膻中穴贴敷可减轻房颤射频消融术后炎性反应,对缓解恶心呕吐干呕症状效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application therapy with Gancao Zhizi DouChi on nausea and vomiting in patients who accepted catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation.Method A total of 86 patients of atrial fibrillation after catheter ablation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the intervention group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).The intervention group was applied with Gancao Zhizi Doichi paste at Danzhong point,and the control group was applied with placebo at Danzhong point.The severity of inflammatory indicators,nausea,vomiting and retching symptoms after the intervention were compared between the 2 groups.Results The CRP of the intervention group and the control group were(6.71±6.42)mg/L and(15.65±11.83)mg/L;the white blood cell count was(7.46±1.82)×10^(9)/L and(9.96±3.15)×10^(9)/L,and the percentage of neutrophils was(69.89±9.49)%and(79.99±10.10)%;the total scores of upper digestive tract symptoms were(9.95±1.34)and(26.62±2.27).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of Gancao-Zhizi-Douchi ointment at Danzhong point can reduce the inflammatory reaction of esophageal injury after catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation and has a significant effect on relieving nausea,vomiting and retching.
